“I was pleasantly surprised when my wife and I attended one of Mindy
Lockard’s dining classes. I have to admit that I was a bit apprehensive
about taking a ‘manners’ class. Not only was the dining experience
exceptional, but it turned out to be a great networking opportunity. We learned
some very practical things, especially with regard to wine selection, that
we have since used in dining with friends, family, and business contacts.” --
