Smells like sugar cookies but won’t have children bouncing off of the walls,
and is a clean way to say Happy Valentine’s Day?
Our favorite Valentine Soap!
This is a little tradition in our house. The girls heart this activity and I heart that it’s something that their classmates will use.
We have adapted this version from one created by the one and only, Martha!
What you will need:
· clear glycerin soap
· scented oil (we use sugar cookie)
· heart silicone mold
· food coloring
· small cellophane bags
· ties or ribbon
· tags (we used sticker paper)
For different colors, divide glycerin into the number of colors, cut the soap into cubes and microwave until melted.
Next, have a couple of helping hands add the color and scented oil to the liquid.
Stir
(speaking of hearting things, I heart this little hand)
and spoon into the heart molds.
Put the mold into the freezer for 20 minutes.
Pop ‘em out, package ’em up…
and deliver to your sweet Valentine!

Laura! Thank you for kicking off the comments! blogging is such a learning process, I am right there with you. Thank you for your kind words and comments! It’s such a pleasure to have you visit our little home on the web! Many thanks.
Love this crafty idea! My daughter’s school is 100% sugar free so we cannot bring in candy to share. This is such a nice alternative idea to bring in to her classmates. Thanks for sharing!
Hi, Tori, My favorite part of the activity is that its fun and sugar free! The soaps smell so sweet that we do have to make sure the packaging is very clear so it’s not mistaken for candy:)! Thanks for stopping by!
