Tonight we are serving a hearty stew with a cool finishing touch. This simple snowman stew is perfect for a casual holiday lunch or dinner!

In your slow cooker add
2 pounds stew meat
2 large onions chopped
3 cloves of garlic (minced)
2 cups veggie juice
1 32 oz can stewed tomatoes
1 TBS Worcestershire sauce
